How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to process the application submitted for the site finding exercise in identifying a new food store site and communicate with you. The legal basis for processing your data is for the performance of our contract terms and conditions with you.
How Long Do We Keep Data
Where a site is not suitable, and we reply advising of that, their details would then be deleted after the site finding exercise.
Where the site is suitable and we then enter into discussions with the owner to purchase, and the applicants’ details would be retained until either:
- The Purchase is unsuccessful, the applicant would then be advised, and their details will be deleted after the site finding exercise.
- The purchase is successful, and the finders is paid a fee, their details would be retained for 6 years and deleted afterwards.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Your data may be shared with the service providers assisting us in our operation and managing the website.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access and request a copy of your data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, subject to certain conditions, object to the processing of your data and to ask for data portability.
